Each term carries the section it comes from, such as Section 2.02(a), so anyone can go straight to the agreement's own words.
What happens to earlier drafts?
They stay on the deal. Nothing is overwritten, and any two versions can be compared.
Can we see where a round with counsel stands?
Yes. Each round shows who sent it, when, where it stands and the terms it touches.
Does the agreement's reading carry into monitoring?
Yes. The same reading sets the deal's configuration, so covenants are tested at their dates as the agreement writes them.
Who can see the deal's documents?
