Platform

Where your credit team works each day.

The Platform is the lender's workspace: the portfolio desk, each deal's Monitor, the data room, the history and your team's administration, all reading from one record.

The portfolio desk: Today's To-Do's, the items that need a person and what is past due, across every deal

At a glance

Exact to the cent

Figures on the Platform are held exactly as the record states them, never rounded.

Drafts you confirm

Requests and chases are drafted for your team, and nothing goes out until a person confirms it.

Your environment

A shared cloud environment or one dedicated to your institution, encrypted in transit and at rest.

In detail

The portfolio desk

Start the day with what needs you.

Each morning the desk lays out the work across the book: what is due today, what is waiting on a decision and what a borrower still owes.

  • Today's To-Do's for the whole team
  • Needs you, for the calls waiting on a person
  • Past Due, for what has not arrived
Each deal

The Monitor, the data room and the history.

A deal opens to its Monitor, with its data room and its history beside it, so the team has the full picture of the collateral in one place.

  • Borrowing base, rates and covenants on the Monitor
  • The deal's files in its data room
  • The deal's history, act by act
Administration

Who sees what, and who approves.

Add users, set their roles and decide who approves. Permissions hold across the deals and screens they cover.

  • Users and role-based permissions
  • Your own approval tiers with named seats
  • SSO and MFA at sign-in

Questions.

What is on a deal's Monitor?

The borrowing base, the rates and the covenants, current to the latest reporting: the borrowing base recomputed from gross and covenants tested at their dates.

Can we set our own approval structure?

Yes. Approvals run on your own tiers with named people at each seat, and each user's role decides what they can see and do.

How do people sign in?

With SSO and MFA, and access follows the roles your administrators set.

Is there a record of who did what?

Yes. Each act is on the audit trail with who took it and when, and a deal's history reads act by act.

Is CORA SOC 2 certified?

SOC 2 Type I is complete, and Type II is in progress with an independent auditor.

Give your team one desk.

Walk through a working day on the Platform with your own book in mind.
