Data and Audit Trail

Every file filed. Every act recorded.

Files are classified by kind, period and entity and filed to the deal's dated folder. Uploads, answers, approvals, requests and signatures are recorded with who did them and when.

Files land where they belong.

Borrowers send what they already send, and no one sorts by hand.

  • Uploaded, received and confirmed tracked apart
Audit trail

Questions.

Do borrowers need to rename or reformat their files?

No. Borrowers send what they already send, and CORA classifies each file and files it to the deal's dated folder.

What is the difference between uploaded, received and confirmed?

They are three states tracked separately, so a file that has only been uploaded is never mistaken for one your team has confirmed.

How do we know which version of a file we are looking at?

Each file is fingerprinted, so the file on screen is exactly the file that arrived.

Can we show an auditor who approved something?

Yes. Each approval is on the audit trail with the person who gave it and when.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Customer data is never used to train AI models.
