One network for lenders, borrowers and providers.

Reporting, monitoring and servicing already happen in one platform, so everyone works on the same system of record. Lenders run their workflow on CORA and have asked to engage their providers there too. The Service Provider Network is the directory where they find and engage them.

  • A directory of appraisal, field exam, audit, advisory and legal providers, on CORA.
  • Your own panel of providers, or the whole network.
  • Every firm reviewed before it is listed.
  • A directory, not a marketplace: the lender chooses the firm and engages it directly.

How it works.

  1. 01

    A lender needs a service

An appraiser, field examiner, auditor, consultant or legal counsel, engaged through the platform.

  2. 02

    Find the right provider

Browse every service line, then search and filter by firm, specialty, industry, serviceable area or contact.

  3. 03

    Engage on CORA

Preview a firm's profile and its history with your team, then send the engagement, with its scope and the borrower's details, in one click.

  4. 04

    The data goes out

Once the provider accepts, the borrower's files go out with the engagement. No data room, requests or back-and-forth to manage.

  5. 05

    The work comes back

The provider's deliverable comes back through CORA and is filed on the deal.

Every service line, in one place.

From inventory, machinery and equipment, and trademark appraisal to chief restructuring officers and lender finance counsel. Choose a service line to see its specialties.

Appraisal and valuation

What the collateral is worth, valued by the people who value it for lenders.

Inventory

Values the borrower's inventory as collateral, by category and location.

The report lands on the deal, its values beside the borrowing base.

Machinery and equipment

Values machinery and equipment for an equipment line or term loan.

The report and its values land on the deal's record.

Real estate

Values owned real estate pledged as collateral.

The appraisal is filed on the deal with the rest of the collateral.

Intellectual property and trademark

Values trademarks and other intellectual property in the collateral package.

The valuation lands on the deal beside the other appraisals.

Fleet and rolling stock

Values vehicles, trailers and rolling stock.

The report is filed on the deal.

Business valuation

Values the business as a going concern.

The valuation comes back through CORA to the deal.

Who it is for.

Service providers

  • A reply to every engagement request within a set number of business days.

Questions.

When does the network open?

In 2027. Lenders and providers can write to us now, and we will be in touch as it opens.

Is it a marketplace?

No. It is a directory on CORA. The lender chooses the provider and engages the firm directly through the platform.

Can we keep the providers we work with today?

Yes. Each lender keeps its own panel of providers on CORA, and can browse the whole network when it needs another firm.

How does the borrower's data reach the provider?

Once the provider accepts the engagement, CORA sends the data pack the work needs, prepared from the borrower's uploads and reporting history, so fieldwork starts with the data in hand.

How does a provider join?

Use the form below or write to info@coraabl.com. After an intro call, send your logo, a short company description and a primary point of contact. CORA reviews it against the qualification criteria, and your firm goes live on the network.

Who built it?

CORA was built by former appraisal, restructuring and lending professionals.
